Account deletion

Delete my account

If you can no longer sign in, enter your email address below. We'll send you a confirmation link. After you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days; during that window you can cancel by signing in. Order history and ledger entries are retained as required by law for accounting and tax audits.

What happens next

The deletion path, in three steps

    You submit

    Tell us the email address on your account. We send a one-time confirmation link to that inbox.

  2. 02
    You confirm by email

    Open the link within 24 hours to schedule the deletion. Without that click, nothing happens.

  3. 03
    30-day grace, then permanent

    We keep your account paused for 30 days so you can change your mind by signing back in. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent.

Things you'll lose

  • Your library, annotations, and progress, on every device.
  • Any active subscriptions, wallet balance, and gift credits you've added.
  • Access to refund requests in progress (order history is kept for legal accounting only).
