Check the payment status in My orders. Return to the same order to continue an unfinished payment. If you were charged but the book is still missing, contact support with the order reference.
Can I read offline?

Yes. Download the book in the Loni app on each device where you want to read. Reconnect periodically to renew offline access. Books accessed through a subscription also depend on your subscription remaining active.
How do refunds work?

Open your order to check its refund eligibility and remaining request window. Submit a request there for review; the decision and refund method will appear on the order.
Is the paperback printed in Côte d'Ivoire?
