I bought a book but it's not in my mobile library.

Pull to refresh inside the library tab. Most fulfillments take seconds; if it's been more than five minutes, contact us with your order reference.

I want to refund a book.

Open the order from your account on the web and click "Request a refund." See our refund policy for details.

I'm stuck at the payment step.

Mobile Money providers occasionally drop the confirmation. Wait two minutes; if the order is still pending, retry from the cart. We never charge twice for the same checkout.

I forgot my password.

Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

Can my book be removed from the catalog?

Creators can request takedown from the creator portal. Readers who already bought keep access; subscription readers lose access at the next renewal.
